Pay Attention!

CANCEL REQUESTS must be SUBMITTED BY THE 15TH OF THE MONTH.

For example, if you cancel:

  • On or before May 15th (and are eligible), your account will be canceled with no additional payments and you may use the services through May 31st.

  • After May 15th, you will have one more draft payment on June 1st and you may use the services through June 30th.

A Frozen membership cannot be cancelled.

You will receive a confirmation email to notify you that your request has been received. Please keep for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48hrs please resubmit or call 310-578-7100.
