Cancelling your membership

We appreciate having you as a member here at Sun Studio LA. We hope you have enjoyed all the member only perks we provide. Although we hate losing our members we do understand.

If your membership is eligible for cancellation then we only require a 15 day notice to process your cancellation. In order to cancel all we require is that you let us know by the 15th of the month and we will confirm your cancellation via email and remove you from any further debits (see freeze section if you would just like to suspend your membership for a period of time and avoid future sign up fees).

15-day notice via email is required to cancel all auto-billing memberships. Cancellation confirmation email must be received for cancellation to take effect and provided to us upon request for any future billing issues. Without proof of cancellation, we are unable to date back any cancellations. Account cannot be closed while its on a freeze - cancelling an account during a freeze will result in the account being reactivated for one final billing cycle. Cancellation emails received after the 16th of the month will receive one final debit. Account cannot be cancelled with a past due balance. Past due accounts are sent to collections and incur an additional $25 collection charge.
